“I’m at My Parents’ Workplace”: Radics Brought Families Together in a Warm, Festive Atmosphere

May 29, 2026, Radiy and Radics team came together for a special family event – a quest “I’m at My Parents’ Work.” It was a day when children had the chance to explore their parents’ professions, get to know the Company better, and spend time in a friendly and creative atmosphere.

The event united children from 2 to 15 years old. An exciting quest, fun adventures, interactive introductions to the Company’s operations, and gifts were prepared for the young guests. Older children visited the Radics proving ground, where Yurii Shapovalov, Head of the Installation and Integration Department, gave them a fascinating interactive demonstration on “Alternative Sources of Electricity”: electricity was generated using physical, chemical, thermal, and photoelectric methods.   Of course, the most active guests received gifts.

Kids eagerly explored new areas: families competed in a contest to build the tallest cardboard tower from huge boxes in the packaging site, and they even managed to quickly assemble their own boxes from cardboard blanks. Everyone actively completed the tasks and learned more about what their parents do every day. The young guests also visited the printing site, where their excitement knew no bounds. The youngest participants drew colorful pictures in the Company’s yard, which will long remind their parents of the very people for whom they work so diligently during these difficult times.

“I want to express my sincere appreciation. A wonderful family celebration. My child is happy. Lots of gifts and a great mood. Thank you all for organizing the event,” commented Olha Ovsyannikova, a Design Engineer at the Electrical Equipment Design Group. Another comment from a colleague: “I want to sincerely thank the management and organizers of such a wonderful family celebration!! It was a great opportunity to relax; the program was incredible, and the children were thrilled. Events like this really bring us together!”

Indeed, the celebration was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, feel the support of our large corporate family, and create warm memories. No one left without a gift. The atmosphere of genuine smiles, children’s laughter, and shared emotions proved once again: Radiy and Radics team is made up of people united by shared values. Such events give children another reason to be proud of their parents, helping them discover the importance of their parents’ work and the Company’s role in the life of the city and the country.
