Exida Surveillance Audit Validates RadICS Platform Enhancement
29.04.2024Nuclear Safety: Learning Fundamentals and Methodologies and Sharing Experience
16.10.2024This week, Radics is progressing with the burn-in testing of three Signal Processing Units (SPUs) designed for the Embalse Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Argentina.
Our testing process involves a 240-hour observation period, during which Radics engineers rigorously monitor the SPUs to ensure the equipment meets the customer's technical specifications. To simulate real operational conditions, Radics developed and launched a sophisticated test system that emulates load signals. This includes calibrating the system to replicate signals from the Pump Motor Speed Measuring Devices and closely tracking the SPUs' performance against the expected output values.
This testing phase ensures that the equipment meets the highest standards of safety and provides the operational quality required by the nuclear industry.
By maintaining a commitment to quality and reliability, Radics continues to support the Embalse NPP in achieving next-level safety and operational excellence. At the same time, continuous product support reinforces Radics reputation as a reliable partner in the nuclear industry.
