Radics successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management audit

Improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) has always been at the forefront for our Company even in the face of coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).

On September 14, 2020, Quality Austria performed the first surveillance audit of “RPC “Radics” LLC Quality Management System for its effectiveness assessment, viability and conformance to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – Requirements.

During the audit it was noted that under conditions of pandemic the Company’s management remains focused on improvement of Company’s business processes, implementation of new operation methods that are aimed at increasing products quality and customers’ satisfaction.

Audit team confirmed the certification of “RPC “Radics” LLC Quality Management System and its compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015.
